Martha Gulati:   Now it is a senior career. You know, again, go back to what gives you joy. Identify your values again, and your priorities. Maybe there are a lot of things you had to do that you didn’t want to do, but now you’re more secure in your position. Continue to find mentees. Find the leadership roles you want. Don’t just say ‘yes’ anymore to everything. In fact, say ‘no’ more and give those opportunities to other people. That’s our job at that stage: to open the doors.
