WORKSHOPS
refundable workshop slot reservation deposit
10 EUR / 40 PLN per workshop slot
Workshop participation is free of charge. Any amount collected in connection with workshop registration is not a workshop participation fee and does not constitute an advance payment for any service. It is a refundable reservation deposit securing one limited workshop slot.
The deposit will be refunded to participants who attend the workshop. The deposit will also be refunded if the workshop is cancelled by the Organiser or if the participant cancels the workshop reservation no later than 45 days before the workshop.
In case of non-attendance without prior cancellation within the above-mentioned deadline, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures a limited workshop place that could otherwise have been offered to another participant.
The deposit must be received within 14 days of workshop registration. If the deposit is not received within this period, the workshop slot reservation may be cancelled and offered to another participant.
