Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Prevention & Intervention” Webinar Series

§1. Preliminary Provisions
  1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for registration, access to, and participation in the online webinar series “Prevention & Intervention” (“Webinars”).
  2. The Webinars will take place on:
    a) 21 April 2026,
    b) 5 May 2026,
    c) 26 May 2026,
    d) 16 June 2026.
  3. The Webinars are made available via the following website: https://prev-interv.com/webinar/
  4. The substantive organiser of the Webinars is the “Think-Tank. Prevention & Intervention” Foundation, with its registered office at ul. Marka Hłaski 26, 44-113 Gliwice (“Foundation”).
  5. The executive organiser of the Webinars is Konrad Wójcik, conducting business activity under the name 3KStudio Konrad Wójcik, with its registered office at ul. Zdrojowa 19A, 26-340 Drzewica, tax identification number (NIP): 799-170-74-30 (“Executive Organiser”).
  6. The Foundation and the Executive Organiser shall hereinafter be jointly referred to as the “Organisers”.
  7. The Webinars are of a scientific and educational nature and are intended in particular for:
    a) persons practising professions related to the subject matter of the Webinars,
    b) persons interested in the subject matter of the Webinars,
    c) lecturers,
    d) persons conducting or co-conducting the Webinars.
  8. The materials and content presented during the Webinars are intended solely for participants authorised to take part in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
§2. Registration and Access to the Webinars
  1. Participation in the Webinars is free of charge.
  2. The condition for obtaining access to the Webinars is:
    a) creating a user account on the Website,
    b) providing the required registration data and setting an access password,
    c) confirming registration by activating the account using the link sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.
  3. During registration, the participant may be asked in particular to provide the following data:
    a) first and last name,
    b) e-mail address,
    c) profession or specialty,
    d) other data necessary to create an account and organise participation in the Webinars.
  4. The participant is obliged to provide true, current and complete data.
  5. The login and password are confidential. The participant is responsible for properly securing their access data and for actions taken using their account, unless such actions occurred for reasons beyond the participant’s control.
  6. The Organisers may refuse to create an account or block access to an account in the event of:
    a) providing false or misleading data,
    b) breach of the Terms and Conditions,
    c) using the Website or the Webinars in a manner contrary to law, good practice, or the legitimate interests of the Organisers.
§3. Rules of Participation in the Webinars
  1. The participant is obliged to use the Webinars in a manner consistent with their purpose, the Terms and Conditions, and generally applicable provisions of law.
  2. In particular, the following is prohibited:
    a) disrupting the course of the Webinars,
    b) taking actions that hinder other participants from using the Webinars,
    c) publishing or transmitting unlawful, offensive content or content infringing personal rights or the rights of third parties,
    d) taking actions that may compromise the security of the Website or the IT systems of the Organisers.
  3. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Webinar programme, including changes to speakers, moderators, starting times of individual sessions, or presentation topics, if justified by organisational, technical, or substantive reasons.
  4. The changes referred to in section 3 above shall not constitute grounds for asserting any claims against the Organisers, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
§4. Technical Requirements
  1. In order to use the Webinars, it is necessary to have:
    a) a device with Internet access, in particular a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone,
    b) a current version of an Internet browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Opera,
    c) an active e-mail account,
    d) cookies and JavaScript enabled, insofar as they are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and the playback of the Webinars,
    e) an Internet connection with parameters enabling smooth playback of audio or video transmission.
  2. Some functionalities of the Website or the Webinars may be limited on mobile devices.
  3. The Organisers shall not be liable for technical problems resulting from the participant’s failure to meet the technical requirements referred to in this section, nor for disruptions remaining beyond their reasonable control.
§5. Complaints
  1. The participant may submit complaints concerning the functioning of the Website, the registration process, or participation in the Webinars.
  2. A complaint may be submitted:
    a) electronically to: participants@prev-interv.com
    b) in writing to the registered office address of the Executive Organiser.
  3. A complaint should include at least:
    a) data identifying the participant,
    b) the e-mail address used during registration,
    c) a description of the objections raised,
    d) where possible, the date and circumstances of the occurrence of the problem.
  4. Complaints shall be considered without undue delay, however no later than within 30 days from the date of their receipt.
  5. The participant shall be informed about the method of handling the complaint at the e-mail address indicated in the complaint or during registration, unless the participant requests another form of contact.
§6. Personal Data
  1. The personal data of Webinar participants are processed by joint controllers, namely:
    a) the “Think-Tank. Prevention & Intervention” Foundation, with its registered office at ul. Marka Hłaski 26, 44-113 Gliwice,
    b) Konrad Wójcik, conducting business activity under the name 3KStudio Konrad Wójcik, with its registered office at ul. Zdrojowej 19A, 26-340 Drzewica.
  2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, including the purposes, legal bases for processing, data retention period, recipients of the data, the rights of data subjects, and the principles of joint controllership, is set out in the Privacy Policy available at: https://prev-interv.com/privacy-policy/
  3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions does not replace reading the Privacy Policy referred to in section 2.
§7. Intellectual Property Rights
  1. All rights to the Webinars, their name, programme, layout, visual identity, logos, graphics, recordings, audiovisual materials, presentations and other content made available in connection with the Webinars belong to the Organisers or third parties who have granted the relevant rights, and are protected by law.
  2. The participant may use the content made available as part of the Webinars solely for their own personal use and exclusively in connection with participation in the Webinars, unless otherwise permitted by the express consent of the rights holder.
  3. Without the prior consent of the rights holder, the following is prohibited in particular:
    a) recording the Webinars,
    b) recording image or sound,
    c) copying, reproducing or distributing webinar materials,
    d) granting access to the Webinars to third parties.
  4. Any breach of the rules set out in this section may result in liability as provided for under applicable law.
§8. Liability
  1. The Organisers shall exercise due diligence to ensure that the Webinars take place as announced and that the Website functions properly.
  2. The Organisers shall not be liable for:
    a) the consequences of the participant providing false, outdated or incorrect data,
    b) the inability to participate in the Webinars resulting from the participant’s failure to meet the technical requirements,
    c) disruptions in access to the Webinars caused by force majeure, failures of telecommunications networks, interruptions in the supply of electricity, actions of third parties, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers.
  3. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel a Webinar or change its date for reasons beyond the Organisers’ control or for important organisational reasons.
  4. The provisions of this section do not exclude or limit any rights of the participant arising from mandatory provisions of law.
§9. Final Provisions
  1. The Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the date of their publication on the Website.
  2. Creating an account registration and then participating in the Webinars shall mean that the participant has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  3. In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  4. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent common courts in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
  5. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Organisers may amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of:
    a) changes in legal regulations,
    b) changes in the manner of organising the Webinars,
    c) changes in the functionalities of the Website,
    d) the need to clarify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
  7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be published on the Website. Submissions made before the effective date of the new version of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions in force at the time of registration, unless the change results from mandatory provisions of law.

Regulamin uczestnictwa w cyklu webinarów “Prevention & Intervention”

§1. Postanowienia wstępne
  1. Niniejszy regulamin („Regulamin”) określa zasady rejestracji, dostępu oraz udziału w cyklu webinarów online „Prevention & Intervention” („Webinary”).
  2. Webinary odbędą się w dniach:
    a) 21 kwietnia 2026 r.,
    b) 5 maja 2026 r.,
    c) 26 maja 2026 r.,
    d) 16 czerwca 2026 r.
  3. Webinary są udostępniane za pośrednictwem strony internetowej: https://prev-interv.com/webinar/
  4. Organizatorem merytorycznym Webinarów jest Fundacja „Think-Tank. Prevention & Intervention” z siedzibą przy ul. Marka Hłaski 26, 44-113 Gliwice („Fundacja”).
  5. Organizatorem wykonawczym Webinarów jest Konrad Wójcik prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod firmą 3KStudio Konrad Wójcik z siedzibą przy ul. Zdrojowej 19A, 26-340 Drzewica, NIP 799-170-74-30 („Organizator Wykonawczy”).
  6. Fundacja oraz Organizator Wykonawczy są dalej łącznie zwani „Organizatorami”.
  7. Webinary mają charakter naukowo-edukacyjny i są skierowane w szczególności do:
    a) osób wykonujących zawody związane z tematyką Webinarów,
    b) osób zainteresowanych tematyką Webinarów,
    c) wykładowców,
    d) osób prowadzących lub współprowadzących Webinary.
  8. Materiały i treści prezentowane podczas Webinarów są przeznaczone wyłącznie dla uczestników uprawnionych do udziału zgodnie z Regulaminem.
§2. Rejestracja i dostęp do Webinarów
  1. Udział w Webinarach jest bezpłatny.
  2. Warunkiem uzyskania dostępu do Webinarów jest:
    a) założenie konta użytkownika na Stronie internetowej,
    b) podanie wymaganych danych rejestracyjnych i ustanowienie hasła dostępu,
    c) potwierdzenie rejestracji poprzez aktywację konta przy użyciu linku przesłanego na adres e-mail wskazany podczas rejestracji.
  3. W toku rejestracji uczestnik może zostać poproszony w szczególności o podanie następujących danych:
    a) imienia i nazwiska,
    b) adresu e-mail,
    c) zawodu lub specjalizacji,
    d) innych danych niezbędnych do utworzenia konta i organizacji udziału w Webinarach.
  4. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do podawania danych prawdziwych, aktualnych i kompletnych.
  5. Login i hasło mają charakter poufny. Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialność za należyte zabezpieczenie danych dostępowych oraz za działania podejmowane przy użyciu jego konta, chyba że doszło do nich z przyczyn niezależnych od uczestnika.
  6. Organizatorzy mogą odmówić utworzenia konta albo zablokować dostęp do konta w przypadku:
    a) podania danych nieprawdziwych lub wprowadzających w błąd,
    b) naruszenia Regulaminu,
    c) korzystania ze Strony internetowej lub Webinarów w sposób sprzeczny z prawem, dobrymi obyczajami lub uzasadnionym interesem Organizatorów.
§3. Zasady udziału w Webinarach
  1. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do korzystania z Webinarów w sposób zgodny z ich przeznaczeniem, Regulaminem oraz powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
  2. Zabronione jest w szczególności:
    a) zakłócanie przebiegu Webinarów,
    b) podejmowanie działań utrudniających innym uczestnikom korzystanie z Webinarów,
    c) publikowanie lub przekazywanie treści bezprawnych, obraźliwych, naruszających dobra osobiste lub prawa osób trzecich,
    d) podejmowanie działań mogących naruszyć bezpieczeństwo Strony internetowej lub systemów informatycznych Organizatorów.
  3. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie możliwość zmian w programie Webinarów, w tym zmiany wykładowców, moderatorów, godzin rozpoczęcia poszczególnych sesji lub tematów wystąpień, jeżeli jest to uzasadnione względami organizacyjnymi, technicznymi lub merytorycznymi.
  4. Zmiany, o których mowa w ust. 3, nie stanowią podstawy do dochodzenia roszczeń wobec Organizatorów, chyba że bezwzględnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa stanowią inaczej.
§4. Wymagania techniczne
  1. Do korzystania z Webinarów niezbędne jest posiadanie:
    a) urządzenia z dostępem do Internetu, w szczególności komputera, laptopa, tabletu lub smartfona,
    b) aktualnej wersji przeglądarki internetowej, takiej jak Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge albo Opera,
    c) aktywnego konta poczty elektronicznej,
    d) włączonej obsługi plików cookies oraz JavaScript, o ile są one niezbędne do prawidłowego działania Strony internetowej i odtwarzania Webinarów,
    e) połączenia internetowego o parametrach pozwalających na płynne odtwarzanie transmisji audio lub wideo.
  2. Niektóre funkcjonalności Strony internetowej lub Webinarów mogą być ograniczone na urządzeniach mobilnych.
  3. Organizatorzy nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za problemy techniczne wynikające z niespełnienia przez uczestnika wymagań technicznych, o których mowa w niniejszym paragrafie, ani za zakłócenia pozostające poza ich uzasadnioną kontrolą.
§5. Reklamacje
  1. Uczestnik może zgłaszać reklamacje dotyczące funkcjonowania Strony internetowej, procesu rejestracji lub udziału w Webinarach.
  2. Reklamację można złożyć:
    a) drogą elektroniczną na adres: participants@prev-interv.com
    b) pisemnie na adres siedziby Organizatora Wykonawczego.
  3. Reklamacja powinna zawierać co najmniej:
    a) dane identyfikujące uczestnika,
    b) adres e-mail użyty przy rejestracji,
    c) opis zgłaszanych zastrzeżeń,
    d) w miarę możliwości wskazanie daty i okoliczności wystąpienia problemu.
  4. Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane bez zbędnej zwłoki, nie później jednak niż w terminie 30 dni od dnia ich otrzymania.
  5. O sposobie rozpatrzenia reklamacji uczestnik zostanie poinformowany na adres e-mail wskazany w reklamacji lub podczas rejestracji, chyba że zażąda innej formy kontaktu.
§6. Dane osobowe
  1. Dane osobowe uczestników Webinarów są przetwarzane przez współadministratorów, tj.:
    a) Fundację „Think-Tank. Prevention & Intervention” z siedzibą przy ul. Marka Hłaski 26, 44-113 Gliwice,
    b) Konrada Wójcika prowadzącego działalność gospodarczą pod firmą 3KStudio Konrad Wójcik z siedzibą przy ul. Zdrojowej 19A, 26-340 Drzewica.
  2. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych, w tym cele, podstawy prawne przetwarzania, okres przechowywania danych, odbiorcy danych, prawa osób, których dane dotyczą, oraz zasady współadministrowania, zostały opisane w Polityce Prywatności dostępnej pod adresem: https://prev-interv.com/privacy-policy/
  3. Akceptacja Regulaminu nie zastępuje zapoznania się z Polityką Prywatności, o której mowa w ust. 2.
§7. Prawa własności intelektualnej
  1. Wszelkie prawa do Webinarów, ich nazwy, programu, układu, identyfikacji wizualnej, logotypów, grafik, nagrań, materiałów audiowizualnych, prezentacji oraz innych treści udostępnianych w związku z Webinarami przysługują Organizatorom lub podmiotom trzecim, które udzieliły stosownych uprawnień, i podlegają ochronie prawnej.
  2. Uczestnik może korzystać z treści udostępnionych w ramach Webinarów wyłącznie na własny użytek osobisty oraz wyłącznie w związku z udziałem w Webinarach, chyba że co innego wynika z wyraźnej zgody uprawnionego.
  3. Bez uprzedniej zgody uprawnionego zabronione jest w szczególności:
    a) utrwalanie Webinarów,
    b) nagrywanie obrazu lub dźwięku,
    c) kopiowanie, zwielokrotnianie lub rozpowszechnianie materiałów webinarowych,
    d) udostępnianie dostępu do Webinarów osobom trzecim.
  4. Naruszenie zasad określonych w niniejszym paragrafie może skutkować odpowiedzialnością przewidzianą przez obowiązujące przepisy prawa.
§8. Odpowiedzialność
  1. Organizatorzy dokładają należytej staranności, aby Webinary odbyły się zgodnie z zapowiedziami oraz aby Strona internetowa działała prawidłowo.
  2. Organizatorzy nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za:
    a) skutki podania przez uczestnika nieprawdziwych, nieaktualnych lub błędnych danych,
    b) brak możliwości udziału w Webinarach wynikający z niespełnienia przez uczestnika wymagań technicznych,
    c) zakłócenia w dostępie do Webinarów spowodowane działaniem siły wyższej, awariami sieci telekomunikacyjnych, przerwami w dostawie energii, działaniem osób trzecich lub innymi okolicznościami pozostającymi poza uzasadnioną kontrolą Organizatorów.
  3. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do odwołania Webinaru albo zmiany jego terminu z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatorów lub z ważnych przyczyn organizacyjnych.
  4. Postanowienia niniejszego paragrafu nie wyłączają ani nie ograniczają uprawnień uczestnika wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.
§9. Postanowienia końcowe
  1. Regulamin obowiązuje od dnia jego opublikowania na Stronie internetowej.
  2. Dokonanie rejestracji konta, a następnie udział w Webinarach oznacza zapoznanie się z Regulaminem i jego akceptację.
  3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych w Regulaminie zastosowanie mają powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa polskiego.
  4. Ewentualne spory będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy powszechne zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
  5. Jeżeli którekolwiek z postanowień Regulaminu okaże się nieważne albo nieskuteczne, nie wpływa to na ważność pozostałych postanowień Regulaminu.
  6. Organizatorzy mogą dokonać zmiany Regulaminu z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególności w razie:
    a) zmiany przepisów prawa,
    b) zmiany sposobu organizacji Webinarów,
    c) zmiany funkcjonalności Strony internetowej,
    d) konieczności doprecyzowania postanowień Regulaminu.
  7. Zmiany Regulaminu będą publikowane na Stronie internetowej. Do zgłoszeń dokonanych przed wejściem w życie nowej wersji Regulaminu stosuje się postanowienia obowiązujące w chwili rejestracji, chyba że zmiana wynika z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.
